This book is an Urdu translation of “Aswat al-Salihin”, which is a great book on Islamic ethics and manners.
This book describes manners from eating and drinking to traveling. This book helps Muslims to follow Islamic teachings and mold their lives according to Islamic ethics.
Book Basis:
This book is written by the great hadith scholar and author of the subcontinent, Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Haq Muhaddith Dehlvi (may Allah have mercy on him), in which daily Islamic ethics and manners are collected. It was originally written in Persian and was known as “Uswat-ul-Salihin”.
Translation and name change:
Nawab Muhammad Qutbuddin Khan (may Allah have mercy on him) translated it into Urdu and named it “Hadi Nazrin“. This book was published in various editions, initially in old manuscripts and later in modern computer manuscripts.
Features of the modern edition:
This modern edition is named “Islamic Culture“. Along with the change of old Urdu words, the headings and paragraphs have been formed, which has increased the usefulness of the book.
Need of the present era:
In today’s era, when the influence of Western culture is increasing, the importance of this book has increased even more. We need to understand Islamic culture and follow it so that we appreciate the blessing of religion.
