Refund and Returns Policy by The Classy Books
Since our products are digital Islamic books (PDF format), they are delivered electronically via download link or email. Therefore, once the product is delivered, it cannot be physically returned.
However, we value customer satisfaction and will consider refunds under the following conditions:
- If you did not receive the digital file after payment.
- If the file delivered is corrupted, damaged, or incorrect.
- If you are charged more than once due to a technical/payment error.
Refunds
- Once your claim is received and verified, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all this and still not received your refund, please contact us at info@theclassybooks.com.
Non-Refundable Items
- Since our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been successfully delivered.
- Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind or accidental purchase.
Exchanges
- Digital products cannot be exchanged once delivered.
- If you received the wrong file, please contact us at info@theclassybooks.com, and we will provide the correct file.
